I am new to pc gaming and and my budget right now is about 1230 dollars and if i bulit this pc could it play games like crysis 2 , deus ex 3 , crysis 1 or bf3 on low or mediem settings.

Yes it will play current PC games on medium/low settings. It would probably even go high if you play on lower resolutions.
