Just out of curiosity, was the vendor you purchased it from Caimanoutlet.com via Amazon.com? I write reviews on Amazon.com and have purchased from Caiman a couple of times only to be grossly disappointed with their service both times. I looked them up on Google after that and they've got an awful customer service record which includes many claims like yours where customers got international versions of items ordered in English.



I'd message the vendor you purchased the game from to see if you can exchange it and if they don't you can file a claim directly with Amazon but I think they require that you give the primary vendor 2 weeks to correct the issue.
