What kind of games can I play with a ATI Radeon鈩?HD 2400 XT?

I want to play games like Mass Effect 1 and 2, Dragon Age, Skyrim, Deus Ex, Civilization 4 and 5.

If I can't play any of these with this card which card should I get? It has to be low profile though.

Also, the rest of my computer specs are;

Dual Core Processor 3.2 ghz

2gb ddr-2 RAM

Anything from GTS 250 or Radeon HD 4850 and up should be okay for gaming.
