Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Detroit (part 1 - beggining) Police Station. Help?

Hi. In Deus Ex: Human Revolution, you have a couple of missions in the police station eg. getting info from Chet Wagner and visiting the mogue (the place the augmented hacker is).

I've completed these quests and I no longer have any more quests to do in the police station, however just near the end of these quests, I've wiped out all the police in the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Will this somehow effect future quests?

I have not killed anyone such as Chet Wagner himself or Wayne Haas, but what happens if I do?Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Detroit (part 1 - beggining) Police Station. Help?
I did something similar myself killing cops on upper floors but i completed game and this doesn't affect anything now you can move onto Hengsha if you need help with the game visit IGN.com walkthrough...Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Detroit (part 1 - beggining) Police Station. Help?
